Ashford Lyn Enterprises is an emerging business established by Bob Hull in June 2003. Bob is a recently retired banker with over 30 years of experience in banking. Much of it (the last 20 years) in personal and commercial lending in the local island Real Estate markets in both St. Kitts and Nevis. He is also a registered member of the International Real Estate Institute and an active member of the local Rotary Club.

At the time of his retirement, he held the important position of Commercial Banking Manager at The Bank of Nova Scotia (more popularly known world-wide simply as "Scotiabank" in St. Kitts & Nevis) - with special responsibility for the bank's Commercial Portfolio.

His specialized knowledge, spanning both the islands of St. Kitts and of Nevis, thus gives him a unique overview of each islands' growing portfolio of private, rental and investment properties. He is known as a man of high integrity with a very wide network of contacts in both the domestic and the commercial property markets in both St. Kitts and Nevis.

Always ready to discuss knowledgeably on all aspects of the islands' evolving property market, Bob's sage advice and experienced reasoning is greatly valued by many clients in the competitive island properties' rental and sales market.

His insight and guidance into the complex world of island property building, financing and site development has helped many a property owner to develop a stable and steady investment property portfolio.
